CANC understand the problems of Storing Archive Paperwork and have developed a very simple solution.

How it works:-

Simply fill your standard Archive Box's with paperwork to be stored.

Once you have 10 or more box's ready contact us to arrange collection.

Your box's will be collected by us personally (we do not use couriers).Each box will be issued with a unique reference and labled according to the contents.

The Box's will then be entered into our system. All bindings such as paper clips, staples etc are removed and creases straightened ensuring the documents are ready for Scanning.

The Documents are then scanned by our highly trained staff. We use the latest Scanning Hardware and Software to produce the very best results.

When the current box has been scanned and passed our vigorous quality control we move on to Indexing the scanned files.

Indexing the files (File Names) is one of the most important steps of the procedure as it allows clients to search / find the files within seconds.We can index the files using very clever OCR software and pick out things like "Invoice Number","File Number","Client Number" etc depending on your needs.

The Electronic files are now saved and stored to disk and also uploaded to our Cloud Document Management System, allowing you access to your files.

The Box's will be Stored at our Secure Storage Facility until there expiry date(specified according to your needs), when they will be securely destroyed and recycled in accordance with European Information Destruction Standards BS-EN 15713:2009.
